As a smart equipment manufacturer with more than a decade of roots in Fenghua, we are deeply grateful for the support, opportunities, and nurturing environment this region has provided throughout our growth.On the afternoon of June 24, Mr. Wei Jiangen, Secretary of the Fenghua District Party Committee, led a delegation comprising representatives from the District Government, the District Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, the District Science and Technology Bureau, the District Talent Office, and Jiangkou Subdistrict to visit our production facilities at Ningbo Ruking Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., located in Zone D of Xinyue Yungu Industrial Park.The visit to our manufacturing operations enabled us to genuinely experience the District Party Committee and District Government's unwavering commitment to working hand in hand with local enterprises, fostering shared growth, and driving high-quality regional development together.

Understanding Enterprise Needs Firsthand, Delivering Support at Every Step

During the visit, Secretary Wei and his delegation toured our production workshops, including the intelligent equipment machine bed fabrication workshop and the final assembly workshop, where they gained a comprehensive understanding of our end-to-end smart manufacturing production line. The delegation highly recognized our digitalized and intelligent manufacturing capabilities, as well as our advanced production technologies.During the inspection, Secretary Wei also offered a forward-looking strategic recommendation: encourage greater adoption of products and equipment from Fenghua-based enterprises within our own operations. By leveraging the influence of leading enterprises as "chain leaders," local businesses can strengthen the regional supply chain, advance the development of Fenghua Intelligent Manufacturing, and further enhance the resilience and competitiveness of the entire industrial ecosystem.

During the visit to our CNC Precision Components Workshop, Secretary Wei reviewed the entire manufacturing process from aluminum alloy raw materials to finished precision components. Leveraging his extensive industry expertise, he proposed an optimized manufacturing approach: integrating mold technology with precision die casting to replace certain conventional machining processes. The recommendation directly addressed key production challenges by significantly improving material utilization, shortening production lead times, reducing manufacturing costs, and enhancing overall operational efficiency.At our No. 3 and No. 4 assembly lines, we presented our latest in-house developed Magnetic Levitation Intelligent Cutting System. Secretary Wei expressed strong recognition of the technology and noted that magnetic levitation motor technology represents an important direction for the future of advanced equipment manufacturing. He encouraged accelerating its adoption, beginning with high-end product lines before expanding into broader applications, adding that the long-term evolution of intelligent equipment will progress from large-scale machines toward more compact and versatile models.

At our Integrated Smart Equipment Hardware and Software Solutions showroom, Secretary Wei and his delegation experienced a live demonstration of our comprehensive end-to-end solution, spanning every stage of the value chain—from marketing and order management to intelligent manufacturing, logistics and delivery, and seamless collaboration with robotic systems.The delegation spoke highly of our integrated, full-process solution, recognizing it as a compelling model for enterprise digital transformation and industrial upgrading. They noted that such comprehensive smart manufacturing solutions represent both a key direction for future industrial development and a benchmark for enterprises pursuing high-quality transformation.

Chain Leadership in Action: Building a Collaborative Industrial Ecosystem

As a national high-tech enterprise and a provincial-level "Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative" SME, we have obtained China’s first (set) equipment certification as well as recognition for a provincial enterprise research institute. These achievements are rooted in the strong support and high-quality business environment of Fenghua.In recent years, while steadily advancing our own transformation toward informatization, digitalization, and intelligent manufacturing, we have also actively embraced our role as a “chain-leading” enterprise. Leveraging this position, we have established an industrial integration and collaborative innovation service platform within Zone D of Xinyue Yungu Industrial Park, attracting a number of upstream and downstream partners, including Haoshiduo Mo, Zongchuang Electric, Jinshi Intelligent, and Yunhao Precision Machinery.Today, the park has begun to take shape as a collaborative ecosystem integrating precision machining, flexible production line integration, and digital additive manufacturing capabilities.During the visit, Secretary Wei highly recognized our practice of “attracting business through existing enterprises, strengthening and extending industrial chains, and reinforcing both strengths and weaknesses.” He encouraged us to continue deepening the industrial foundation. This recognition has further strengthened our strategic commitment to building a robust industrial chain and fostering a regional collaborative intelligent manufacturing ecosystem.

Government–Enterprise Synergy, Advancing Toward the “New” Future

At the symposium, General Manager Lü began by recalling that during Secretary Wei’s visit two years ago, forward-looking development directions such as cold cutting technology had already been proposed, which helped solidify the company’s technological roadmap. Over more than a decade of focused development, Ruilishi has remained committed to deep specialization, gradually achieving key technological breakthroughs.He then presented a detailed overview of the company’s future industrial strategy and emerging research directions, outlining a clear transformation path from traditional equipment manufacturing toward integrated intelligent solutions.Partner companies also showcased their achievements and core strengths:Mr. Chen of Haoshiduo Mo shared encouraging news that the company had already achieved first-half revenue equivalent to its full-year target from the previous year, demonstrating strong growth momentum.Mr. He of Zongchuang Electric presented an “AI + Robotics” full-scenario application solution, which has already been integrated into our intelligent complete-system solution and is being jointly promoted in the market through close collaboration.Jinshi Intelligent unveiled China’s first set of intelligent printing equipment.Professor Ma introduced emerging strategic directions in low-altitude economy and new energy smart agricultural machinery, noting that relevant R&D foundations have already been established, opening up broader possibilities for future platform development.

Secretary Wei listened attentively to the company’s development report and key requests. On issues such as space expansion and resource allocation, he coordinated with relevant departments on-site for immediate discussion and response.Looking ahead, Secretary Wei placed particular emphasis on the urgency of AI deployment, stressing that technology-driven enterprises must remain focused, pursue innovation-led growth, and recognize that technology ultimately defines market position and industry ranking.On R&D strategy, he urged a demand-oriented approach in which supply-side innovation proactively shapes demand, unlocking new market space. He encouraged bold, imaginative innovation, stating: “From following, to running alongside, to leading the industry, enterprises must illuminate their own lighthouse in the ‘no man’s land.’”He also repeatedly stressed the importance of strengthening supply chain management, practicing refined cost control, and improving operational efficiency. Safety in production must always remain the top priority, ensuring that high-level safety underpins high-quality development.In terms of collaborative innovation, Secretary Wei expressed hope that Ruilishi Technology, as a model enterprise in talent attraction, will deepen cooperation with regional partners, jointly expand markets, and explore capital market opportunities together.
