1. Machine operation specifications
Before starting the machine, confirm whether the power supply, hydraulic system, and cutter of the printing and packaging cutting machine are installed firmly, without looseness or wear; ensure that there is no debris blocking the cutting area. And adjust the cutting speed, pressure and temperature according to the material type (such as paper thickness, film toughness) to avoid cutting deformation or equipment overload due to improper parameters. Perform a trial cut before trial use, and fine-tune the parameters according to the effect to ensure stable quality of mass production. When using the cutting machine, strictly abide by the operating specifications, the material must be firmly fixed, and a paper press or vacuum adsorption table must be used to prevent displacement; when cutting, keep your hands at least 15cm away from the blade. In case of emergency, immediately turn off the power and then handle the fault.
2. Safety protection and personnel training
When using the machine, the operator must wear anti-cutting gloves, goggles and earplugs to prevent flying chips from hurting the eyes or cutting the hands. Operators need to receive professional training and be familiar with the emergency handling of the equipment (such as stuck knives, abnormal noises, etc.). Non-professionals are strictly prohibited from debugging or repairing equipment to avoid causing harm. High-definition CCD positioning camera, automatic and precise trimming for different materials, solves problems such as manual cutting, printer deformation, and poor cutting effect. The independently developed control system runs faster and more stably, meets user needs with good cutting speed, and greatly reduces the failure rate and maintenance rate of the product. It can adapt to 24-hour uninterrupted work for 7 days, and truly realizes unattended operation.
3. Equipment maintenance and care
After the work is completed, debris and dust should be cleaned up in time. Lubricate the moving parts weekly to reduce wear. Regularly check the electrical circuit and pneumatic system; the annual equipment inspection is carried out by professional technicians for comprehensive inspection and replacement of aging parts. Wipe the workbench with anhydrous alcohol to avoid residual glue stains that cause material displacement. The suitable ambient temperature range for the machine to work is 5~40℃, and the humidity is ≤80%. In this environment, static electricity can be prevented from breaking down the circuit or material deformation. The cutting area is equipped with an independent exhaust system, and the exhaust duct is cleaned regularly. When the machine is shut down for more than 1 month, the guide rail needs to be coated with anti-rust oil and covered with a dust cover.
