Test the emergency stop button response speed (should be ≤0.5 seconds)
Check the air line pressure (the laser machine maintains 0.6-0.8MPa)
Confirm that the material clamping device is not loose
(2) Weekly deep maintenance
Guide rail lubrication: Use #2 lithium-based grease, and the amount of oil added is based on the formation of a uniform oil film
Same Belt inspection: Use a tensiometer to measure (standard value: 5-10mm elastic displacement)
Electrical system: Use a megohmmeter to check the motor insulation resistance (≥1MΩ), clean the dust in the electric control box (compressed air pressure ≤0.3MPa)
(3) Seasonal maintenance focus
Water-cooled machine: Replace the coolant (recommended antifreeze mixing ratio 1:1)
Air-cooled system: Clean the heat sink fins (use a special cleaning agent)
